I recently had the pleasure of staying at TRS Yucatan Hotel, and I must say, it was a remarkable experience. While our stay started off a bit rocky, the team at TRS Yucatan truly went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. A special mention goes to the incredible manager, Johnathan, whose dedication and attentiveness were unparalleled. When we voiced our initial concerns, Johnathan and his team were quick to listen and respond, transforming our stay into an unforgettable experience. We were also blown away by the exceptional service at the Helios restaurant. Manager Areli and chef Roberto created a special meal just for us, making us feel incredibly valued and pampered. Their attention to detail and culinary expertise made for a dining experience that we'll never forget. Additionally, we were fortunate to have outstanding service from our butlers, Cristian and Jose. They were always there when needed, providing prompt and courteous assistance throughout our stay. The culinary offerings at TRS Yucatan were nothing short of spectacular. Each meal was a delightful journey, with a variety of exquisite dishes that left us eagerly anticipating our next dining experience. From breakfast to dinner, the quality and presentation of the food were consistently outstanding. Thanks to the exceptional service, delicious food. Our stay at TRS Yucatan Hotel turned into a fantastic getaway. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Overall, our stay at TRS Yucatan was amazing and we would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. That being said, if you are selecting your resort based on food quality alone, this location may not be for you as food was extremely average. If you’re selecting a resort for the location, drinks, pool, and beach, our experience was perfect!

The property was great, the staff was even better. We were talked into an upgrade at check-in that we would not do again. We had difficulty getting reservations at any of the restaurants and the “upgraded” alcohol options were nothing special. Top shelf was available but at a cost. This is not something I’m accustomed to at an all-inclusive resort of this caliber and at this price point. We didn’t leave the adults-only resort and the servers at the pool were great but we found it odd that the family resort had much more activity and a swim up bar. All-in-all we had a great time and the rooms were well appointed.

Amazing experience. The staff was so courteous and helpful. I can’t think of one negative thing to talk about. It was my birthday and anniversary and the staff treated me like a queen. Also the food was 10/10! I highly recommend for your next vacation.
