"The usual " I wanted to give it 5 stars" which the resort definitely deserves... But I am a first traveler and was excited to check out this resort ( the rooftop infinity pool was awesome - recommended. But when I got to my room I was expecting to see this beautiful view (which it was) it was the fact that my room looked right down on a big patch of sand that was a construction site. The lesson learned I will next time call the property and ask about anything I should know about the room But recommend the resort!!!"

"If you’re reading this review and thinking about booking—just do it! Go to TRS. We had such a wonderful experience. The staff was fantastic from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with champagne and warm, friendly hellos. One thing that really stood out was how, after nearly every interaction, the staff would say, “It is a pleasure.” Their kindness and hospitality felt genuine throughout our stay. Our butlers, Patricia and Belly, were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The hotel itself was extremely clean and beautifully maintained. As someone with gluten and dairy allergies, I was especially impressed with the number of food options available to me. I always felt comfortable asking questions, and the chefs were happy to walk me through the buffet and explain which items were safe for me. Eduardo was also wonderful—very personable and incredibly helpful with our transportation. The infinity pool is gorgeous. Overall, the service, cleanliness, food options, and amazing staff made our stay truly special. I would absolutely recommend TRS!"
