"The rooms were beautiful and very spacious! The amenities and staff were outstanding. The only notes we have, are that the beach is further away, the rooms often felt sandy from the sand surrounding the pools. They could do a better job at cleaning the rooms, though the overall experience was amazing! "

I huge thank you to Alejandro at the reception desk who was a gem, to Jose and Joel who were magnificent at the Beach Bar, to Eduardo who was fantastic at the Snack Bar at Colonial, to Cecilia who was a wonderful waitress at the Hacienda PM buffet, to the chef extraordinaire David at Portofino who’s food was delicious, to Francisco and Jonathan who’s service at Portofino made us feel special, and to our wonderful concierge David and Rafael who were a power team always checking after us and giving us updates for our day….you all made this experience exceptional and one that I wish many other families would enjoy. "Un all-inclusive calme pour se relaxer. Endroit propre et le personnel est courtois. Pas beaucoup d’ambiance à mon goût pour un « adult only ». Pas beaucoup de choix pour le buffet mais par contre on ne manque de rien. Et ça reste un 5 étoiles. Et j’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour. "
