"We had a twin room on the 6th floor. The room was very clean and had bottled water, a fridge, a desk with a chair, and twin beds. The bed was ok not firm not soft. The pillows are feather pillows so you can mould it to your liking. I slept very well. There is a closet room with hangers and a safe. They also have a trouser press - which I never know how to use. We ask for an iron - you have to go down to reception to retrieve it- It worked really well. I have left the bathroom to the end because...
