"Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Cleaning staff shows up every day and multiple times per day. The location right on Pier 2 - Prime location if you intend visit the art district. It's right near a station to the light rail which made it easy to get around the city. Overall, it was very good value for the price. I'd happily stay here again on my next trip to Kaohsiung."

"All staff are very friendly. It’s more than a 4 stars hotel. A variety of breakfast including dim sum, and it has several decent restaurants in inside the building. They provide laundry facilities for the guests. The room was clean as well as the bed sheets. Highly recommend this hotel."

"It's really a good hotel for family to stay. We love the breakfast. The only downside is we had to wait until 4pm to check in. Even though we could put our luggages at the front desk and walked to somewhere, we were exhausted and wanted to take a shower and lay on the bed."
