A decent hotel

We were very happy with our stay. Friendly staff, clean room, free parking , within walking distance to the barbour area and other spots of interest. Good value for the room rate.

Glad to have discovered this hotel

In all honesty. I was skeptical about the quality of the hotel at first based on the appearance from the outside and was proven wrong. The hotel is decent with clean rooms and is spacious. Location is good, just outside is the hanshin shopping center and is walking distance to glory pier and love river. Plenty of good food nearby. Service staffs are available until 11pm after which you may call them if you need any assistance. They are responsive and helpful. The rates are one of the cheapest in the district and definitely worth staying.

Wired smell, and run down room's floor. Horrible!

Not the hotel I expected. The location is good, but the hotel was dated and old. Next the best 5-star hotel, it seemed like a weird thing to live in this hotel. This hotel was way small and the rooms spacious but not clean, the floor attachments were off and they put the type on the crake, it looked so terrible since you passed through the area lots of times. Remind you of the level you live in. Their bathroom had bad smells, the toilet did not allow you to throw the bathroom tissue into the toilet can. What a shock, just like China's low life standard, everything was not dissolvable, hurting their pipe system. Boy, they need to update and improve their bathroom and the toilet paper. No wonder so smelly inside. Anyway, disappointing, to be fooled by their online review, staying for three days was too long. Book aother, please. :<<<<<<<<<

一進房間立刻有跳蚤跳到我床上，吹風機吹個20秒不到就爆炸（真的有火花閃出來，幸好我是隔很遠，不然真的毀容），但是晚上是完全沒櫃檯人員上班，所以那一晚是濕著頭髮睡覺。

位置很優，雖然免費停車位有限，但若幸運還是可以停到，雖無附設餐廳，但附近覓食方便，到光榮碼頭走路約10分鐘，房間陳設簡單但算是寬敞的且浴室乾濕分離很不錯

服務品質很差

Check-in時大概14:30，櫃檯要求客人要等到15:00整才能入住（人生第一次遇到）。房間擺兩張床，只提供一個棉被，聯絡櫃檯補棉被時，櫃檯竟然說沒棉被的那一張床是給客人的優惠，電話上語氣真是讓人感到很不舒服，整體來說連服務最低標準都達不到。不會有第二次入住。

輕裝漫步旅行的好選擇

位在中央公園捷運站與光榮碼頭之間，步行各約十多分鐘，適合輕旅行。房間寬敞，寢具還滿舒適；浴室、洗手間空間也算大，不過淋浴間沒有防滑墊，水再加上沐浴時的泡沫，地板止滑度不太夠。隔壁房客出入時房門闔上的聲音比較大，除此之外整體都滿不錯，櫃檯人員也十分親切。

小巧的飯店，櫃檯服務人員親切，房間空間蠻大的，大致上算乾淨，床睡起來也蠻舒服的。 周邊環境算安靜，免費停車位似乎僅有個位數，最好早點報到！ 步行15分鐘可至中央公園捷運站，也有自強夜市，機能不錯。

蓮蓬頭無法拴緊，水會往蓮蓬頭反方向噴；早上告知作房務清潔，但「房務清潔」與「補充用品」會各別忘記的情況，但是櫃檯服務很好喲！
