What I loved the most was the staff they are all very friendly and always quick to help with whatever you might need. No serious complaints a lot of the small things were due to the weather and it being an older building. In the perfect location, not too busy but only 10-20 mins away from any well known location. And only 10 min walk from the beach <3 which is perfect bc all the beach parking is mostly pay to park. Overall would recommend if you are staying longer than a week.

No staff on site, property looked trashy, stayed somewhere else. Supposed to call a phone number on the door to an unknown person and give credit card info to check in. Too bad this dump is in such a nice place, should be bulldozed for extra beach parking.

We had a really nice time, everything was clean, the most beautiful beach was 3 minutes away. Kids really enjoyed. We liked chickens in the yard and nice swimming pool.

everything was really nice, definitely worth the price compared to other places, comfortable bed, clean large size sofa bed, full kitchen . nice bool, jacuzzi and a barbecue area, exceeded my expectations and nice quiet location .

This was located close to 2 wonderful beaches that were within walking distance. The neighboring property had dogs that barked all hours of the night. Overall, the unit was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies.

The Gardens was a very quiet and convenient location between Nipili Bay and Kapula Bay just a 5 minute walk to either. The room set up was warm and cozy but outdated with the restrooms and TV. Over all it earned in our books a 3 star and would have gotten better stars if we didn't have to empty our own trash out. Plus the resort fee they charge 25 per day I am wondering what that fee was for if they don't service the room on a daily basis and we have to take our own trash out.

Although the property is a bit dated, it was clean and comfortable. You couldn’t beat the location as it sits between 2 fantastic snorkeling beaches, both within walking distance. The price was right too!! Upon checkin, Lisa was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Gardens of West Maui overall. The location was great, and having a washer and dryer in the room was a really nice convenience. Our main complaint was the shower water, which never seemed to get truly hot and was more lukewarm. There was also a slight smell in the room that seemed like it may have been caused by moisture. The room was mostly clean, and we didn’t encounter any major bugs; however, there was a pretty serious ant problem in the kitchen. We left food out for only about 5–10 minutes before noticing the ants and unfortunately had to throw it away. One thing to be aware of is that the property office is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. When we were checking out, we had to call the sister property for assistance, and the person we spoke with was a bit rude. That said, the staff at the Gardens of West Maui itself was great and very pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed the location and the convenience of the in-room amenities, but there are a few areas that could use some improvement.

There were barking dogs and crowing chickens but that’s all over the island we had a great time here and would stay here again the pool hot tub bbq grills were a plus loved having a washer/dryer and kitchenette
