"Overall, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the villa. The villa itself is spectacular, with a beautiful view, spacious rooms, high-quality furnishings, and a very nice design. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the food was good with reasonable prices.
Some feedback that could improve the guest experience:
* There was quite a big difference in the service level among the staff. Some employees were very friendly, welcoming, and smiling, while others seemed less engaged and less service-minded.
* The bed was extremely soft. My partner and I kept rolling towards the middle of the bed and felt like we were sinking into the mattress, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
* We were informed that there was only one baby chair available for the entire hotel (hopefully this was a misunderstanding). Since the chair had been delivered to our villa for our baby, we were unable to use the restaurant during our stay. For a five-star hotel, we would expect enough baby chairs to accommodate families with young children.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were very impressed by the stunning view, the beautiful villa design, and the overall quality of the property. However, the points mentioned above are things that, in our opinion, should not be missing at a five-star hotel."
