良い宿なのは間違いないですが...

従業員の皆様のホスピタリティはとても高いと思いました。ただ、他の同価格帯の宿に比べて、全体的なコスパは悪いかなとも感じました。館内はバリアフリーでは無いので、高齢者を伴っての旅行では苦労すると思います。 推されているセルフカフェやセルフバーも飲み物やおつまみの補充がなく、期待したものとは違いました。あとは、子ども用の椅子に前の方が落としたであろうご飯粒がついていたのも残念でした。 良い宿なのは間違いないですが、期待が高かった分、これまで宿泊した、より満足度の高い他の宿と比べてしまいました。 価格が半値ほどに安くなればリピートはありです。

最高の休日

建物自体は新しくはないのだと思いますが、とてもお手入れが行き届いていて、海に面したお庭でお茶を楽しむ事ができたり、セルフカフェやセルフバーもあり、のんびりと快適に過ごすことが出来ました。何よりも季節を感じることが出来る趣を凝らしたお料理が最高でした。スタッフの皆さんの行き届いた対応も素晴らしく、大満足です。遠方ですが、また訪れたいと思えるお宿です。

とても良い環境で、掃除も行き届いていて、料理も素晴らしく、スタッフも気持ち良い応対でした。 ただエレベーターが無いため、膝が悪い者には、2階の宿泊室から1階の食事処、別棟2階にある大浴場への行き来が大変でした。 高齢者やベビーカー、スーツケースの場合を考えると、残念でした。

スタッフの方が皆さん親切で楽しい滞在でした。 娘が食事中に寝てしまったのですが、毛布を掛けていただき、残したごはんは温めなおしてますお部屋に持ってきてくれました。とても助かりました。 込み合っていたので家族風呂の予約が取れなかったのが残念でした。次は早めにチェックインをすませてから出掛けようと思います。 快適な滞在をありがとうございました。

泊まってよかったです！

コロナ禍で延期していた子供の入学のために宿泊しました。館内の雰囲気も落ち着いていて良かったですし、部屋から見える景色も素晴らしいの一言。食事が美味しかったのは勿論ですが、お祝いのドリンクやお土産をいただいたりと、何よりもホテルの方々の心遣いがとても嬉しかったです。今後、佐賀県を訪れる際には、遠回りしてでも宿泊したいと思います。本当に素敵な時間をありがとうございました。

最高の眺望、清潔なお部屋、素晴らしいお風呂、そして 和食会席がとてもおいしかったです。心配していた活きイカの お刺身も食べれて感激です。日本酒も満足でした。 新型コロナウイルス騒動でお客がとても少なかったのも 思い出になりました。

旧施設の再利用のため経年劣化は仕方ないと思うが、部屋のロッカーの扉が外れたまま、クセの強い部屋の鍵で口頭説明がないと不便、トイレの鍵や貴重品庫の鍵などホームセンターの安物で対応、などの残念な個所が目に付く。 宿泊棟にエレベーターがない点は、決定的に高齢者に勧めにくい。特に地下通路使用の大浴場からの帰りはキツイ。 料理や清潔感やバーのサービスなどは最高だっただけに、いささが残念。 あと、スタッフに若い方が多いため新鮮である反面、対応がたどたどしく「言葉足らず」な面も否めない。宿のグレードに相応するレベルになるにはもう少し時間がかかるのだろうから、いたしかたないところか。

해수온천이 유명한 곳이라 물이 좋다. 료칸 앞에 바닷가가 있어 산책이나 시간보내기에 적당하며 경치가 아름답다. 조식과 석식 모두 맛있고 훌륭하다.
