お風呂が良かった

犬と泊まれる宿は初めて利用しました。ホテル内も犬を連れて移動でき、どこに行くのも一緒で安心でした。ホテル内も静かで清潔でした。ホテルの場所も便利でした。また利用したいです。

わんちゃん初めての宿泊にもおすすめです。

大変お気に入りのホテルで、２度目の宿泊です。周辺が緑に囲まれた静かな別荘地であるので、お散歩コースにも恵まれており飼い主と愛犬がのんびり幸せに過ごせます。 ホテルの設備も素晴らしく、館内リードで歩かせることが出来るのが有り難いです。コロナの感染予防もしっかりとされており、食事や受付時に混雑にならないよう、スタッフによる(強制的に聞こえない)優しい声掛けで混雑無しで過ごせました。スタッフの皆さんの素晴らしい接客のおかげで、楽しい家族旅行になりました。

犬を連れて泊まれるホテルとしては至れりつくせりで最高です 今回は星一つ少ない理由は部屋に入った瞬間の匂いがきつかったからです 消臭剤の匂い？かなにかわからないですが前回の滞在では感じなかった強烈な匂いがしばらく消えなく、窓（ドア）を開けて空気の入れ替えをしました ホテルの方々は皆さん感じがよく歓迎してくださり感謝しています

初の犬連れ家族旅行

ペット(パグ2頭)連れで初めての家族旅行に利用しました。 犬連れ向けの施設だけあって、オシッコシートや衛生用品等も適切な場所に配置されており、おかげさまで快適に過ごせました。 コーヒーやアイス、牛乳やヤクルトのサービスも有り難かったです。 自由に利用できる貸切風呂も、広々しており疲れを癒せました。 ただ、前に使用した方が急いでいたのか？洗い場周辺が泡だらけ、洗面所付近が水浸しでした。定期巡回も限界があるでしょうから、脱衣スペースに注意喚起の案内等があれば多少違うのかな？と感じました。 全体的には大満足の旅行となりましたので、また機会があれば伺いたいです。 お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

何度目かの宿泊でしたが初めて2階のダブルベッドタイプのお部屋を利用しました。 非常に快適な時間が過ごせました。 うちの子はレストランまでの動線が大のお気に入りで、食事も美味しく満足しています。 今度は連泊してみることも検討中です。

スタッフは全員とても感じが良く、館内のどこも清掃が行き届いていて、大変綺麗でした。ディナーもとても美味しかったし、愛犬も食事に満足していました。もう一度行きたいホテルです。

サービス、ロケーションがとても良いホテル

軽井沢駅と旧軽井沢のちょうど中間地点にあり、とても便利な場所でした。ワンちゃんを連れた宿泊客が多く、しかもどのワンちゃんも可愛く大人しくいい子で、犬好きには最高でした。フロント対応もサービスもとても良かったです。ホテルでのフレンチのディナーも美味しくて大満足でした。素敵な休日になりました。ありがとうございました。
