"The hotel is in a great spot in the city, close to the airport and really close to the train station. Excellent service by staff. They even upgraded me to a nice suite. I reached late at night I could get food from room service. I have stayed here multiple times and I would definitely book again. "

"The hotel was clean & tidy. Staff were very attentive & sorted out any issues promptly! The cleaners were excellent, restaurant staff, reception & management were very pro active in their roles too! "It was amazing. From the moment I arrived till the moment I left all the staff were amazing. They helped with food recommendations, also the food at the hotel was amazing! The bar is perfect and friendly guests and staff. The room was always clean and housekeeping were great. Overall a great experience and would recommend to any traveller. "We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it. The staff was sooo undertrained and raw.. And i feel they should atleast be aware of the hotel little basic know how... whm we were asking the staff about the property.. they gave us a blank look.. seemed very clueless The lady staff...

"My mother and aunt, both 70-years-old were staying at the hotel for a religious event happening in the town. the Hotel was very helpful and made the trip stress free (Literally it was stress free) they also assisted them in fulfilling the religious rituals for which they were there for.
