"The facility was clean, quiet and staff was thoughtful. They also were considerate to let me check in an hour early. I enjoyed my stay. One thing that might need looking at is the hot tub timer did not shut off automatically. I had to manually turn the knob to off. "

"Don't stay here if you have high to average expectations for what a hotel should be. This property is in serious need of some TLC. Our room was dirty and run down. The elevator button on the 4th floor had a cover plate that was too small, so you could see the wires behind on one side, and the plate was taped onto the wall on the other side. "Spacious clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast area was kind of a mess. We went down at 830 amd there was very little food left and the area was super messy."

"Front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The bottles of water at check in were much appreciated as was the hot breakfast. I would have given a 5 star rating if the lighting in the room had been better. It was very dim and dark with the window coverings closed. Maybe switch to LED bulbs? Also, there wasn't a working fan in the bathroom."

"I'm baffled by the glowing reviews for this establishment. Our stay was marred by several issues. The hot tub water had a putrid smell, reminiscent of rotten bleach, and it's evident that the filtration system hasn't been maintained. Sadly, the entire facility appears outdated and neglected. Our morning encounter with a sleeping (snoring!!) staff member at the front desk was also unimpressive, and the pillows in our room had a foul odor. Although I'm reluctant to leave negative reviews, I feel...

"The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. A free shuttle to Mayo Clinic stops right outside the front lobby doors, Mayo St. Mary's Hospital is just across the street, and there are several restaurant options in walking distance from the property. The kitchenette in the suite, complementary guest laundry room, Monday thru Thursday light suppers, and daily breakfast make Aspen Suites ideal for longer stays. My only complaint is that it is not a quiet hotel. Hearing people walking...

"Cleanliness"

"I was itching all night,ended up sleeping on top of the blankets.Not sure if it was animal dander or bed bugs,but it was a tough night.We had a tournament all day and I was extremely exhausted due to lack of sleep."

"Pool was not very nice looking and long hair floating in it grossed me out the room I was in the heater was very load I kept thinking semi’s were using there jack brakes or someone was plowing out my window beds not that comfortable pretty hard. I felt like someone was watching on a camera just a weird feeling wasn’t a fan for a young lady staying alone "
