"This is a more traditional place to stay in Tokyo. It’s self service on check in and no front desk or staff on site. It’s in a great location (next door to a five star Italian restaurant!) and close to the train lines. We were on the fourth floor in the two bedroom room. The elevator only goes to the third floor so if you are on four you will need to carry your bags up a flight of stairs. The rooms were tiny just a room with the bed. "Very descent apartment, with smart system room. They provide washing machine. The bathroom can be used as drying room. Next to family mart, closed to some other 24h stores. A lot of restaurant nearby: mcD, pepperlunch, ootoya, sukiya. Only 100m from Higashi Shinjuku Station. Love our stay much."

"We had a great stay and felt the apartment was exactly as described. The photos accurately reflected the room, and while it is compact as you would expect in central Tokyo—it was well designed and made good use of the space. We were 2 adults and had enough room for a comfortable stay.
The location was also convenient for us. The closest station was only about a 6–7 minute walk away, and even the farthest station was only around a 12-minute walk. We used multiple nearby stations depending on...

"Great location and not too far from the main hub. 10 min walk to shinjuku station or 1 min walk to okubo if you are in a hurry. Local restaurants and convenience stores within feet of the location. Love the washer and dryer in the unit that is included with the stay. No complaints at all. First floor unit was a bonus for us with 4 luggage. A bit small compared to other places we’ve stayed but it was expected.
Overall a great place. Zero complaints."
