The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu
Room view was spectacular. Staff front desk Ito and Shino above beyond service…both also understood English language. The Yokohama Bay TOKYU great accommodation and perfect location, it’s near to shopping and restaurants.

The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, and I loved the projector they had. The breakfast was very tasty and the view from the terrace on the 10th floor was nice. I don't know when I’ll be back, but they’ll be my first choice when I do.

Hotel New Grand
The staff of the Hotel New Grand was simply outstanding. I had a problem with my Canadian cell phone and the staff was exceptional with their assistance in helping to resolve the problem. Simply the best and "we shall be back".
