"Great beach, coffee shop, restaurants everything is close. The pool small and not working and no hot tub. Location great and room with Oceanview very nice. If you want location an excellent spot if you want amenities like a pool go somewhere else. "

"Very friendly staff! So grateful they were flexible with check-in as my flight got delayed. Big kitchen; bagels and cream cheese for breakfast. Note that there is only one bathroom (shower included, so it's not possible to have one person shower while another uses the bathroom) for the dorm of 14 people. I never had an issue conflicting with anybody, but just know that there's only one bathroom. There are 2 sinks outside the bathroom, though."

"Great access to the beach. The room was clean. Everything was good. The lady who checked us in and out at the front counter was amazing. The parking was great. We parked right next to our room and kept the spot all three days. You could see the beach from the upstairs balcony. The bathroom is small, but so are we so it was fine. For the price, we were very pleased. I have to mention the pool. It's at their sister property one block away. Very basic. Small, no spa, and not heated like they...

"The room was clean but dated. The toilet drained slowly. It stopped draining and we were unable to have maintenance fix it for 12 hours because there was no one there. It was fixed after our second trip to the desk in the morning (once maintenance arrived). The cordless phone didn't actually charge (because there was no cord to plug in the base) so it was basically a throwback to look at from the 90s. Breakfast included was hot and fresh. It was usually eggs, potatoes, and sausage patties. There...

"This place was perfect for what we needed. It was close to everything. The staff were friendly and attentive. The beach is seconds away. The room was large and had a fridge and microwave. Would definitely stay again! "

"The room is quite small and lacks a clothes rack. I stayed there for four nights, but no one came to clean the room, and there was no staff available at the office.The shower pressure is good. "

"The rooms and overall property feel outdated, though we will say the kids had a great time, which was a plus. Unfortunately, there seemed to be quite a bit of miscommunication among the front desk staff. On multiple occasions, we received completely different answers depending on who we spoke with, which made the experience frustrating and confusing. The grounds could also be better maintained. There were ants in our room, and the patio furniture was dirty, so we weren’t able to enjoy that...
