"The standard king room was beautiful overall. There were a few minor maintenance issues, including visible water damage and bubbling plaster on the bathroom ceiling, bubbling on the crocodile-print leather detail next to the TV, and some stitching coming undone on the armchair. Aside from these points, the room felt lush and very comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but both lunch and dinner were delicious."

"My wife and I had an excellent stay at the Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite on the 22nd floor with a king-size bed, and the room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect — walkable to many restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions, which made getting around very easy. Service was seamless throughout the stay, and the staff were truly outstanding: friendly, attentive, and professional at every turn. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. "

"From the beginning the staff, Nam, is very friendly and enthusiastic. The suite is big and clean. The river view is fantastic with sunset. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Should be prepared for it."

"The rooms were clean, the staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. All staff could understand English. The included breakfast was outstanding and really helpful for our large group to meet every morning. The location is fantastic with a bridge to the train station and many shops & massage options within walking distance. The pool has a great view and nice seating for cocktails or lunch ( maybe heat the water a little bit more!) overall a nice place for a family"
