"Came in the off season, and it was a complete bait and switch. Actual hotel was closed (including pool and restaurant (so no breakfast)). Placed us next door in tiny apartments. Blanket on bed was wet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning."

"Perfect place to stay in Agios! Right on the water walkable to the lake and tons of restaurants but a little more on the outskirts of the chaos. The staff are what make this place- they are truly all amazing and go above and beyond. We had a spa suite with a hot tub and just a regular ocean view room- nice room but I think you actually get a better view in the regular rooms. The spa bath is more like a one person jacuzzi because it’s very slippery and when we had two people the water started to overflow- not sure I’d pay extra for this next time but the size of our deck made up for it. Included breakfast every morning was pretty good- shout out to the morning British lady who served us she so lovely. There is no immediate parking but a free port parking lot within a few minute easy walk which we had no issues with. If we came back to Crete we would deff come back to casa Porto!"

"We had a wonderful stay, manager and staff were excellent and so welcoming. The bedrooms were ok but not what we would class as superior although that is what we booked. View from where we ate breakfast was beautiful just a shame there is no small beach in front, there are a few sunbeds and umbrellas but no sand. Very quiet around pool area but that is what we liked."

"Modern design on a beautiful point. 270 degrees of ocean views. The hotel was full, but the layout offered us a lot of personal space and privacy. The staff were wonderful. For me & every tourists nightmare - I lost my passport on the plane. The concierge, Mariana, knew how stressful this was and was on the phone to the airline, the airport, and the police for us right away. She found it for me. Just incredible. Thank you, and thanks to the airport staff and police for being well prepared for these events."

"Cannot say enough nice things about the facilities and the staff at Numo Ierapetra. Every detail was thought of and executed perfectly, from complimentary massages to helping my partner plan his proposal! Numo Ierapetra will forever have a special place in our hearts as the place we got engaged. The 2 pools and beach were well maintained and the poolside music was relaxing and matched the vibe perfectly. The food was really good for a buffet and the a la carte menu for lunch was delicious. They also had a beach bar where you could order drinks and food directly to the beach loungers. I want to thank specially Alina and Ioulia at Guest Experience, who helped make the proposal really especial, and booked dinners and car rentals for us to explore the island. Irini at Tamarisk was also fantastic, as well as Sandip at the beach bar! Fully recommend for any special trip or just for a relaxing holiday by the beach!"
