"Hotel was clean on outside and inside. Rooms were nice and clean. We had adjoining rooms with connecting door. One room had 2 twin beds pushed together but separate covers, which would have been better as a couple if there was 1 cover. The 2nd room was a queen or king size bed and both were clean with a desk area and chair. The bathroom was clean and had a hair dryer. If you are from USA, bring wash clothes, they do not supply those but they do offer several other items such as toothbrush/paste, sewing kit, shave cream and maybe a few other things in case you forgot something. There is not an ice machine or bucket but there is a coffee machine/ kurig, also no refrigerator to keep drinks cool. Thankfully there is a small grocery store connected to the hotel building.(Best prices on wooden tulip bouquets). Staff was super friendly, and for each day you decline house keeping, they provide you with a voucher for 2 drinks at the bar. House keeping is not available at night but the staff ensures you have what you need/want. Breakfast is ok for free, I'm really picky so I didn't eat my I but the other 3 in my party sits. There were eggs, yogurt, deli sliced meats, toast, cream cheese jelly, rolls, fruit, (I may be forgetting some food items) and drinks. I suggest bringing a water bottle to refill as they have water jug at the bar which is free or the morning breakfast staff will fill it with water for you. Very close to transportation which is a big win."

"Really glad that we had the opportunity for an early check in. Staff were very great and helpful. Upon entering the room, at first glance it looked good but upon deeper inspection, the carpet had many stains. The bottom of the shower did not look clean either and ran out of hand soap by the end of our stay. Walls were scuffed and appeared dirty. Shower head would not stay in position and kept turning to the side of the shower. Really disappointing especially since this was not a cheap hotel. Lastly, having to take 2 elevators to reach our room is inconvenient."

My experience has been extremely disappointing and far below the standard one would expect—especially considering the amount paid for the room. During my stay, I discovered a mouse inside the room. This was not only alarming but completely unacceptable from a hygiene and safety standpoint. A hotel room should be a clean, secure environment, and encountering a rodent raises significant concerns about overall cleanliness and maintenance. I was also traveling with my child, which makes this situation even more concerning. I have no way of knowing what the rodent may have touched or contaminated within the room, and this created additional stress and worry about our health and safety. This situation caused considerable discomfort and distress, and it has significantly impacted my stay. Given the severity of the issue, I do not believe the room met even basic accommodation standards. Considering the circumstances and the high price paid, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. "The hotel was very clean and comfortable! The staff was amazing. I lost an earring and the cleaning staff found it and returned it to me. So nice! The hotel itself was in a very walkable area. Close to everything!"
