"The concierge desk mess up my spa appointment. She was very mixed up on how to book my spa appointment and offered me the wrong time. Overly priced market in the property. The rooms were okay; clean and nothing fancy The cleaning crew was very attentive."

"We love this property! This is our second trip to Kauai and both times we stayed at this Marriott. The pools are saltwater and so relaxing to be in. We enjoyed the hot tub too. This property is located directly off Poipu Beach. Right down the beach you can see the turtles at sunset and the occasional monk seals. Many of the people who stay there are time share owners but we are not. We basically had a nice hotel room. The reasoning for the 4 stars was our AC. We had maintenance come in on 4...
