"This is located in a private neighbourhood with private security etc, looked like rental properties or timeshares, well maintained and looks very nice but not quite the vibe we were looking for. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a washer and dryer which was appreciated. No AC but many fans. Grocery store and restaurants located a short drive away at the entrance to the private neighbourhood for provisions."

"The rooms are only cleaned every 5th day. How every they changed this without notice. So we almost didn't get it cleaned. All the ice machine were broken. When you brought issues to the staff, the gave excuses not remedies. We have stayed here before and had went down hill tremedusly."

"This is literally the best place to stay. It is our go to place whenever we visit. They go above and beyond and they always make you feel like ohana. Steps from the beach and the bike path. Amazing breakfast place connected to the property as well. Laundry on site. Beautiful pool with waterfall facing the ocean. Ice machine, coolers,beach chairs,bikes and soooooo much more. "Pleasant resort. Breakfast and dinner in the Roy Yamaguchi restaurant were both good. Furniture in our room was somewhat dated."

"We enjoyed our stay here - good location, close to restaurants and various food options, and especially Lydgate Beach which is right behind the hotel. Perfect beach for kids big and small, fun waves, and lots of fish to see. The hotel itself could do with a refresh in the hallways but it's a nice welcoming reception area, very mid century modern layout. We had an issue with our room key not working, and staff were quick to give us a new room. We'd stay here again."
