"It’s a beautiful open hotel but starting to show its age. The handle to our bathroom door fell off twice while we were there. It made it difficult to get out of the bathroom. After they put it back on a 2nd time we didn’t bother to ask them again when it fell off. The pillows were not great but we didn’t expect them to be. Overall the staff is great and it was clean. The laundry room needed attention but we left quickly after we did our load and never used it again. "

"When we arrived, the front desk took over 30 minutes to get us checked in. Other guests were coming in and asking why they couldn't connect to the wifi. While in line, we found out that the bar and restaurant were not open. We went to our room and it was run down and had an odor. I asked to check out so we could find another hotel. They eventually allowed us to change hotels. I would not recommended this hotel. "

"The hotel was in a great location and had a nice room. We did experience cold showers often while there. The bar was good but the restaurant had issues and were not the best at accommodating guests. Bikes that could be borrowed were very limited and had to get there early to get one. Able to walk to most locations or drive. "

"Housekeeper was amazing. Recommend the ocean front deluxe. Well worth it ! RumFire restaurant was excellent. And its sunset view is beyond words."

"Extremely friendly and responsive staff. Well maintained rooms, pools and grounds. Food, drink and marketplace offer delicious and thoughtful options. Fantastic location for all you’d want to do in Kauai, but you could also stay and never need to leave the property. The design of property, especially pool areas, were a safe place for our kids to play and roam. Staying at Koloa Landing Resort is one of the best family vacation experiences we’ve had. We look forward to returning and sharing our positive experience with others."
