"There property is really cool and nicely located. It has a museum in the lobby The power was out at the time because of hurricane Lowell which wasn’t their fault, however the phone number is useless and it caused a lot of problems when trying to reach the staff. The first night we had to sleep in the rental car because we weren’t able to reach the staff. Expedia helped getting things right eventually but we still had to go through lots of frustration just because they don’t have a working phone number where someone actually answers the phone."

"We were there for Hurricane Lowell and the hotel was fantastic. They provided 2 free charging station (which they powered with generators), ice water, coffee in the morning and breakfast, lunch and dinner (free of charge) for their guests. Resort was beautiful upon arrive before and after the hurricane."
