"The room was reasonably clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was really nice abd relaxing. It’s in a good location, close to the airport, but easy to get to either the north side and the south side of the island."
"Staff was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping always kept clean towels stocked. Area is very pretty. There are chairs by the beach that are perfect for morning and night time ocean viewing. All food was very good. Would definitely stay again."
"This hotel has the biggest pool on the island and by far the best for family of kids. Their pool is near the beach and has calmer tides for kids to play in. FYI, there are no lifeguards on site at the beach. The hotel is also located near nearby shops and restaurants. There are more local eatery spots that offer authentic island food and not at the hotel price. Rooms are generally clean and most staff members showed enthusiasm while engaging with customers. Breakfast at the hotel was okay. The balcony is large enough and simple for two guest. We had the ocean and hotel pool view which was perfect. If you’re looking for just the grand view, the Grand Hyatt Resort in Poipu would be the best bet, but if you’re looking for a solid family time with local flavor then I recommend the Royal Sonesta."
