"My opinion is that this is a hotel with great bones. It is structurally really cool, and it is in a great location for walking to Royals or Chiefs games. The staff were very friendly. But, my room was not clean. Stains on the furniture, hair on my pillow. The TV didnt really work well. Overall, I feel like this is a great building being run by management that is cutting corners. They could do better. "

"Linens stained, perhaps soiled (mainly top covers). Place is showing some wear. Sheets a bit rough, but probably provide some exfoliation. Not much available for breakfast, but you are in luck if an oatmeal packet and an apple would do. Parking convenient. Not a place for lite sleepers, overlooks the highway and quite close. Mattress acceptable. Also, if a sign is on the desk saying, “Assisting another guest, back in 10, call —- in an emergency”, call immediately. After a 15 minute wait,...

"My bathtub was still dirty. The toilet barely flushed and I didn't have any light bulbs in my lamp. It did get taken care of. I think house keeping should check those things "

"The property is old but my room was clean and smelled good. The bed isn't comfy but bring a pillow and it's ok. The refrigerator and microwave were like new and worked great. Laundry was super convenient & expensive "

"This place is described as more than scetchy. Not a good place for the family just because it has a good price. The staff is just fine but the condition of the property is not good. Smoking and marijuana reek the halls even though there are strict rules against these things. The staff seem hesitant to provide enough towels and bathroom supplies for four people. We stayed two nights and will never stay again. Sorry Quality Inn. The room and facilities were in terrible shape."

"The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. Staff are super friendly. The only down side is that there is a gas station right next to the property and all the noise filtered right into our room. Blaring music, fights, people yelling, we heard it all! Other than that, very nice hotel and good value for the price. "

"They charge an extra fee per night if you use third party to book. Hotel is outdated and unclean. Had no microwave or hair dryer in room the only vending machine that took card was down the whole stay. "

"We had a non-smoking room, new paint, but it still smelled like old cigarette smoke and something else. The bed was comfortable. They are trying to make it better."

"Me and my family stayed here for the weekend while we attended Planet comic con getting 2 rooms. The hotel was great place to rest and stay with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The walls were a little thin being able hear loud but muffled talking and laughter through them, family had a minor issue with the temperature control in their mini fridge but overall it's a good place. It also is in walking distance from a few restaurants which is a good bonus."

"Booked on expedia, double booked our room I had booked, TV didn't work, free breakfast is essentially false advirtisement, water pressure was awful, no coffee in the room. "

"The property was not like it was shown in the images. There was tape on the floor when you walked on the floor. It was like walking on a sticky substance. There stains going across the ceiling. The staff was in a helpful there was $100 fee for the night and a $50 check-in fee, which is not disclosed."

"Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Didn't feel safe. Uber driver that dropped me off and picked me up (separate drivers) both said the hotel had a bad reputation in the area"

"The pool was pretty nice. The Personnel is the problem. Do not have a clean culture, nor a service culture, no towels in the pool area, the Hotel was dirty in the open areas, hallways. Our room had a pretty bad mattress and no response to change it. We stayed 3 nights and no resolution. The Hotel Asset is pretty good, but the staff in front desk... always in their phones,and hanging around..."
