"This property did not live up to the pictures. The floor was filthy and caused our socks to turn black on the bottoms (even after I swept the entire place). The window in the bedroom leads directly out to the hallway by the elevator so you can hear everyone walking by; there also isn’t a black out curtain on the window so it feels very exposed.

"Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit!

"SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel"

"Shiloh Dwellings did not show up for check in, did not answer calls or emails, and did not provide a code to enter the building. After a resident let me in, Shiloh Dwellings had not cleaned the property after the previous tenant (soiled underwear visible in trash, towels in piles in bath, etc). They refused a refund through Hotels.com citing policy though they were unable to live up to their own instructions for visitors."

"Having to file a claim? Got ripped off, no room. No REFUND!! Also when trying to find the entrance to the building amongst all the abandoned and broke into I was almost assaulted with my friend by some mentally ill man. I didn't feel safe as the other side of the building was by really rough train stop with lots of homeless people trying to talk to us."

There were storms in the area at the time, so we did not take advantage of the Sky Pool, but we enjoyed the many wonderful restaurants in the area. It was nice to have the kitchen for coffee, tea, and lighter meals. The WiFi was great, and there was plenty of space to work. All very convenient."
