"Riva’s Luxury Rooms was the perfect place to stay in Split! The location couldn’t be better — especially if you’re arriving by ferry. Our room was spacious with a great view, and the hosts were wonderful! They were very communicative and even arranged an early 6 a.m. airport pickup for us, which made travel so easy. Everything in Split is just steps away. Highly recommend!"

"The unit had two bathrooms which was very nice. The place was very clean overall and the little outdoor patio allowed us to dry out some wet clothing. Julija was so pleasant at check-in and she set up a taxi for us for a 4:30AM trip to the airport. The driver showed up right on time."

"Absolutely amazing location and facilities. This was our first stay in Split. Nice big walkway so we could navigate from the taxi dropoff to the front door of the apartment. Small tip: asked to get dropped off by the Croatian National Theatre at the top of Marmontova Ulica - it will save you money instead of by the waterfront. It felt very safe even when it got dark outside. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor. We were travelling with our daughters so having 2 bathrooms made...

"Where to start? Everything was amazing. The staff could NOT have been any more helpful. The room was amazing - perfect temperature throughout, lovely bathroom. The location was beyond belief - as soon as you leave hte hotel you're virtually at the temple of Jupiter it is all so central. The breakfast was also incredible - so much, so much choice and all fantastic. Can't recommend the place or Ivan and Edita enough."

"Everything about this place was wonderful. Staff will meet you at city entrance and help walk you and your suitcases back to the facility. Hotel was so charming from the lovely bar area to the breakfast buffet. Rooms were well furnished and A/C worked great. 5+ stars for this great little hotel in the heart of Old Town Split!!"

"Just back from a great stay in Room 7 at the Hotel Agava. Great location and really lovely hotel with the added benefit of a swimming pool. The staff were always so helpful and the breakfasts were amazing (at a local restaurant on the Riva). "
