"Waited 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to appear. Blinds on windows were either broken and hanging wrong or were hard to adjust. Bathroom had dirty towels left over.I know the place is old but it should have been clean."

"Front Desk was very supportive, polite. They were quietly, behind the scene helping us to navigated through all personal issues we had at that time. David(front desk) reminded me a hotel manager from "Pretty Woman", who foresee and quietly resolves issues before they surface. Their breakfast was excellent. Their fries were delicious. We had various fresh berries every day. All personnel foresee your needs and offer/provide service before you know it. Great team!"

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The bedding was uncomfortable, and the pillows were extremely hard, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There were also bugs in the room, which was unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort standards did not meet our expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again."

"The hotel itself was great but there is a major problem with street noise coming from a nearby bar at night. I was on the 16th floor and it was loud enough to keep me up well into the early hours of the AM"
