We appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, and our room was clean and well-maintained. However, overall our stay didn’t quite meet our expectations. The hotel feels somewhat outdated, and the breakfast selection was fairly average. The location was also less convenient than we had hoped, as it’s a bit far from main attractions. Additionally, the photos online make the property appear more modern than it is in reality."

"The hotel team were wonderful and made you feel very welcomed. The lady at breakfast was very attentive and did a super job looking after our needs.
We were up early on day 1 to Angkor Wat so they put us together a breakfast picnic. Such a wonderful gesture.
The room and private pool could do with updating to make this a true 5 star room. Close to the city and safe quiet area."

"The room was in good condition. The pool has many tiles missing and is in need of repair. The hot water takes a LONG time to get warm. Like a really long time. The safe malfunctioned but thankfully the staff was great and helped me get my documents out. "
