Lotus Blanc Resort

"Well, where do I start with the Lotus Blanc Resort. Everything about it was sensational. The rooms are perfect, the pool and pool area is relaxing and well appointed, but the best thing about the Lotus Blanc are the staff. Nothing is too much trouble, no request goes unanswered, they made the whole stay so memorable in so many ways. If you are looking for an amazing experience in Siem Reap, with staff that will attend to your every need, then look no further than this hotel. 10/10"

"Great hotel and even better staff. Very helpful, extremely polite and professional. Breakfast was amazing every morning. The AC worked perfectly. Room, linens and toiletries were on point. Highly recommend."

"Five stars, and the staff are the reason why. We stayed two nights with our family, including a young child, and every single person we dealt with — front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, concierge — went out of their way to make things easy. Nothing was ever a problem. The property itself is beautiful: colonial-style buildings, huge gardens, and a pool we wished we’d had more time for. Great location for early temple runs too. We’d come back without hesitation."

"This place is absolutely amazing. I am a world Traveler stay in hotels over 100 nights a year and this hotel has perhaps the best service I have experienced anywhere in the entire world. Everybody here greets you with a smile they are warm and they are friendly if you should sneeze they run to you with a Kleenex if you even think that you will need something they bring it to you in advance. My congratulations to one of the best trained staff I have seen anywhere in the world. The hotel itself is amazing beautifully done while maintaining some of the amazing culture of Cambodia."

"Temptation became one of our top favorite hotels! The staff here are absolutely the best we have encountered! Everyone is so friendly, always had smiles and so professional! They all go way and above in service! The food at the restaurant was delicious, beautifully plated and reasonably priced. Daily Happy Hour was an additional bonus. We stayed 9 nights in a one bedroom villa and had our own private pool. Daily housekeeping kept the room immaculate and stocked with toiletries, fresh fruit and beverages. Evening turn downs included fresh baked goods. My favorite was the mini banana bread and my husband’s was the mini brownie. I definitely, without a doubt, recommend Templation Hotel if you’re visiting Siem Reap!! We are already planning another stay here when we come back with some of our family members."

"We really enjoyed our stay this beautiful hotel. It was well placed for walking around and exploring Siem Reap and a peaceful oasis inside. The staff were outstanding and great food and drinks available. The spa is also fantastic. Our room was large and very comfortable and 6 nights here flew by."
