"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us check out beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs for free. The view from the room overlooking the beach and palm trees was super. The location was centrally located for going either direction on the island. The problem was that homeless were prevalent around the area. Most the best food in the area was from food trucks, which was fine most of the time. They definitely need a new bed. I felt like I was sleeping on the side of the hill...

"海の目の前のステキな立地でした。 自転車を借りれて走れたことも、とても楽しい思い出となりました。 フロントの方の良し悪しは、人によります。 到着時、少し早く着いて、トイレを借りたかったのですが、お尋ねしたら、"ここにはないから、どこか外で借りろ"というニュアンスで、全く優しくない人でびっくりしました。チェックインも3時じゃないとできないと言われてましたが、違う方に聞いたら、"もう入れるよ！"って。すぐに入れて頂きました。 朝ごはんは7時から、何人か並んでいました。 全体的にゆっくり、ほんわかと過ごせるホテルでした。平和に感謝。"

"This was our 3rd stay at this hotel, and it did not disappoint! Our room was very clean and modern with vaulted ceilings. The ocean view was well worth it! Love the access to the beach and walking path, although be aware the beach at this property is NOT swimmable. But it’s a great spot to watch the sunrise and see an occasional seal. "Beautiful grounds and beach view and stay on Kalapakī Bay. Helpful staff all with the Aloha Spirit. Many great restaurants and coffee shops close by. Room had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the pool, beach and bay. Hotel provided many activities for all ages."
