"I stayed for 2 nights and at the end of my stay I noticed some itchy bug bites throughout my body. After getting home, I saw a local provider who determined it was bed bug bites. I called the hotel to let them know and seek some compensation and was denied, which they claimed that I had gotten them from bringing out my luggage at gas stations. I didn't not bring my luggage out of the car until check in at hotel so that assumption can not be correct. The hotel refused to provide any remedy to my...

"Breakfast buffet was nice. Lots of choices and the employee in charge was constantly checking to refill any items. The free shuttle was also nice. We got a ride to Paddy's Irish bar."

I was charged for the room twice (over and above the already charged payment from Expedia) and also a $100 security deposit. I brought it up the next day and it was immediately corrected. "Staff was wonderful. Hotel is older but kept up well for the most part. Breakfast had lots of options daily. I enjoyed the water with lemon in the lobby. Workout room is pretty spartan, but was adequate. Pool area is on the small side. Room was clean. Would definitely stay there again."
