"The rooms were clean. This hotel thought through how many outlets people typically need and it was refreshing. I don't have to bring my own power strip. The hotel is located in an ideal place, right off the freeway but just outside the crowded downtown area."

"A real nice jacuzzi but it took help to get hot water. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. A lot of hiking trails almost out the back door. I would recommend this place"

"We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, usually a great experience. Only issue we had this last time was we were given keys to the wrong room. Another couple walked in while we just got there. Not the end of the world but could’ve ended up being super awkward!"

"We have stayed here twice now. Not too crowded. The scrambled eggs actually taste good. There is an additional sink outside of the bathroom, which is great for when you need to get ready while the bathroom is tied up. Pillow lovers will appreciate that there are 4 pillows for each queen bed."

"Windows are soundproof! Can't hear the freeway! Super clean. The only downside was that we got a room with a hot tub in it and it was loud, as we're the other rooms hot tubs in the rooms near us."

"Desk manager was rude. Our key card would not work. Made 4 trips up and down the stairs, finally she came up and after 10 trys with her card she got the door opened. She told us she would get it taken care. Couldn't leave the room because we had no key. We never heard another word? Left the next morning, no word. We have stayed her before and had a good experience. Its a older place but the rooms are getting dated. Guess we have to try somewhere else next time."

"I liked all the windows but one large pane had condensation - obstructing the view. ~Two flights of stairs - not sure that was mentioned. It all seemed cobbled together, the moldings, doors, furniture, etc. For this cost I expected mire. Plus its really far from any day or night activities. If you just want to get away - watch movie, read a book, it’s fine. Plus I don’t think i should have to take out my own garbage when i leave. Parking was horrible as were the asphalt steps down - felt...

"The bathroom door in our room would not latch or lock. The breakfast was disappointing. Waffle machine was broken, food could have been better. Room was very nice.The place was very clean. Staff was helpful"

"Virtual staff was super helpful and pretty responsive to all my questions and concerns. A lot to do in the area and less than a 20 minute drive anywhere. Only thing is if you’re a light sleeper bring an eye masks, ear plugs and your own blanket. Love the natural lighting the rooms get but if you’re wanting to sleep in there aren’t any black out curtains and walls are very thin, you can hear everything and the blankets that are provided are pretty itchy and thin.
