"Zero sleep. Checked in at 3pm, was given a room next to the Lifts. Same thing happened the week before at their sister Novotel in same complex. I'm assuming these are the rooms for Expedia guests. Amazing that the soundproofing is excellent on the outside so that you hear no planes and yet, inside, the Lifts are so loud it sounds like planes ... all night, constant. Sleepless night was had. "The staff, while doing our check-in at 11pm at night, were wonderful. Do friendly and helpful. "Lovely hotel and stay, with an extremely spacious room. Only marked down a couple points due to a few things:
- The shower had no door and had an elevated step, which meant the bathroom easily floods.
- The shower tap handle was broken and sharp.
- There was no welcome note, hotel information in room beyond mini bar costs.
- The TV cannot be casted to, nor did it have any hotel information on it.
- Room was lovely, but due to the size felt a bit sad and empty. Could do with a nice rug or few...
