"The only thing I didn’t like very much was the airport shuttle. It was a short hike away. There was no enclosure so we got wet in the rain while waiting for the recommended 10 minutes. Also the pickup location was unmarked so we couldn’t be sure we were in the right place until the bus arrived. Drop off location was pretty far from the terminal. In hindsight sight I think a taxi would have been a better solution."

"The hotel itself was nice overall, and the staff were friendly, professional, and spoke multiple languages, which was very helpful. However, for a 5-star airport hotel, there were several disappointing aspects that felt hard to overlook. The restaurant was decent, but extremely overpriced. The only available room with two beds was incredibly small, and despite the photos suggesting there was a patio or balcony area, it was actually just large windows that did not open at all. "The hotel itself is great. The breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is right at the Train station and seems unsafe at night. There is nothing to do around the hotel, choices of restaurants are limited. There are a few fast food and sandwich shops in the train station as well as a supermarket. Getting to the airport is very easy using the Train and very inexpensive compared to taxi."

"It was clean. Super close to the train station. Elevators. The restaurant was great -best veggie burger ever and the people working in the restaurant went above and beyond to be kind. The hotel staff were so nice as well! The upstairs bar has such a cool view! This is a very comfortable hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here."

The hotel is located in a very central area with just a short walk to many of the places we wanted to visit, which made exploring Brussels extremely convenient. Across from hotel great small restaurant for waffles etc and the best French fries. Loved the view from our room. We stayed for 4 nights five days. Great stay."
