"This was my first time ever going to Laconia and it was a weekend away for myself and my 23 year old daughter. We were going to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion and wanted to be close to the venue and make it a nice weekend away. This establishment is adorable and the staff is over the top friendly and very helpful. The room was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. I will absolutely be going again!! "It's a very well maintained and staffed motel right on the water. Plenty of parking (during the motorcycle rally). Staff kept the resort very clean and nothing is broken or worn out. The hotel is obviously old and been around a long time but you can't really tell because the keep it so updated, clean and modern."

"It was super sketchy looking when we pulled up. Checked in and the lobby smelled, parked car around back and it was a bit scary. Walked into room that didnt feel safe, place smelled. The bathtub was old blue and dirty. The beds had large pivots in them, I was scared to use blacklist on bedding. My daughter didnt want to spend night as it was disgusting and she didn't feel safe. We didn't go back, drive home 3 hours instead. They would not refund me any money, not even a call back. $175...

"Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and was decorated so cutely! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the dining room had great vibes. The location was great for a trip to Loon. This would also be a great place in the summer to explore the area!"
