"The room needed updating. The pillows smelled and the mattress was old. The carpet needed a good cleaning or better yet a new one."

"It was people with loud music inside the hotel. People smoking in the hallways. Pet feces on the sideway where guests enter. The elevator needs to be serviced, it so slow and seems to have gotten stuck at one point. I will not book here again. "

"Ondre at the front desk was amazing. More than accommodating and helpful for what was just a 1 night stay for us. Would definitely recommend and if we are ever in the area again, we will be back!"

"Gym is bare minimum, but had two treadmills. Staff was amazing. Cici did breakfast right and was so sweet. We’ll definitely stay again for college visiting. "

"Check in was fine but problems after that. We thought the room was fine and decided to go get something to eat. As we shut the door we check to make sure it was locked. The door would not lock and the staff told us to go eat and they would fix it. We said, absolutely not, who would go eat and leave an unlocked door to strangers. The door couldn’t get fixed and had no rooms available. We ask for a refund and supposedly we will get it back in a few days. Always check your door!! "

"The hotel room that I stayed in was in need of updating. The smelled musty and the pillows and mattress also had other people’s head smell. This hotel is definitely not Hilton quality. I would not stay here again."

"My first terrible experience with Marriott. The bed was awful, the pillows were old and no form, the toilet would not flush so after I got in late and used the restroom around 1am the waste had to stay in the commode which is nasty. We were not told that the property was under renovation. Such a shame because it could be a wonderful property. I always stay with Marriot but this has made me rethink this from now own! And to think that I paid over $200 for one night! I should receive a...
