"Pool was dirty and freezing. Hot tub out of order. Pool area dirty with missing ceiling tiles, mold on ceiling. Unpleasant"

"My room appeared clean at first, but as I stayed I noticed that the walls and glass of the shower were not. There was still hair left on the shower walls, glass door, and the bathroom door itself. It was very unsettling and made me wonder what appeared clean to the naked eye, but actually wasn’t. My bed looked clean, but you could see the space between the headboard and the wall hadn’t been touched in a while. I’d think it would be vacuumed every now and then. I’m not expecting anyone to move furniture every room clean for quick turnovers. As I lay in bed, a fairly large black spider crawled over me. That was a bit scary, coming from a person who has a fear of bugs/insects. The staff were friendly during check in and check out, so that was a nice experience. "

"Our room was very comfortable and had a section portioned off for a living room like area. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great. Plenty of fresh fruit, a yogurt bar, and oatmeal bar, as well as eggs and sausage links. They also had a decent gym. It had a dumbbell collection with a bench, a couple of bikes, an elliptical, and a treadmill."

"No microwave in rooms. No free breakfast. Not even a coffee station. They do not give any free play points for staying at the hotel. Convenient parking."

"This was my first stay at Aloft. The main complaint I have is the noise and poor condition of the rooms. Staff were helpful with moving me to a new room with working heat/AC and phone. The noise issues were ridiculous and not solved by the move. I think the builder completely skipped any type of soundproofing. This may have been intentional in keeping with the "loft" theme? Wouldn't recommend staying here, won't be back myself."
