"We had trouble with the refrigerator in our room and lost some food because of it. The front desk was AMAZING and handled it. The rooms are spacious & clean. We will be back! "

"The office closed 12am on 1/1, opened at 8am closed agsin at 11am same day and never reopened. Wifi didnt work,no coffee or breakfast because there was no staff and office was closed. There was a number for emergencies only so couldnt get new towels. The outside stairs to the second level were metal and it was a snow storm and 17 degrees. They never salted or cleaned them almost fell twice. The area is gorgeous, the view was great just not a single available amenity"

"The room was nice and clean with plenty of toiletries. The only issue is that the water for the shower takes about 10-15 minutes to become warm and the safe did not work. Outside of the room issues were that the vending didn't work(but there is a gas station across the street) and the ice machine on the second floor was broken. My family really enjoyed the breakfast. It was quite pleasant."

"Upon arrival, we were checked into a room that was dirty when calling down to the front desk and telling him this, they asked me to take pictures of the room to prove that it was dirty as I was saying it was. Elevators took a very long time to go up or down, so we ended up taking the stairs majority of our stay. The water ride was shut down and did not say online that it would be so the kids did not get to participate in that. "

"The breakfast was wonderful and the hostess was AWESOME!!! Overall the staff was exceptionally friendly, kind and willing to assist at any time. We used the pool and it was clean and pleasant. Overall this was a great stay."
