"Perfect for a weekend getaway with your partner! The room was cozy and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to a few places. I do wish we could’ve had the option to check in early but other than that it was perfect for us!"

"I booked this hotel for a last minute road trip. We arrived received our room key and literally had to knock down our door to get in. We let from staff know and they said “do this and this” did not bother to go help and open the door. We stayed Friday- Sunday and they never went to clean the room. Not even to do the beds or provide fresh towels or toilet paper. There was only one toilet paper and it was used when we arrived. When we went to ask for more toilet paper there was no staff onsite so...

"It was a 7 minute (0.4 mile) walk to Pleasure Pier which was the most important feature for our stay. The ac was nice & cold. Since our time was packed & busy, we didn’t get to swim in the pool but it looked clean & my daughter tried out the hot tub. The problem was the bed. It appeared fine until it was sat on. It was broken on one side & would go down just on that side. We picked it up, set it on the legs & made it work by sleeping on the other side that wasn’t broken. The Kuerig lid needs...

"I was sent mutiple emails with the code for the gate and for the door to the apartment. However, the code was wrong. I tried it 5 times. I called the number from the emails, but only got the voicemail. I left my name and number, but never heard from him."

"The property was very unclean. The bathroom was dirty; the bathtub had hair in it. The pots, pans, and cooking utensils were dirty. There were bugs in the bathroom and bedrooms. Horrible communication and response from the manager, who was very loud and rude, unprofessional, loudmouthed, and very disrespectful upon my requesting to stay longer past the check-out time and offered to pay more. Awful experience; I will never return to this place, and I do NOT recommend it!"

"Parking. Other tenant not abiding by the parking rules and parking in Driveway toware its hard to get to the unit without brushing up against the vehicles or plants."

"Excellent location. The Spot is right next door, beach right across the seawall. We had a full balcony and were able to enjoy the sunset even from the room. Full breakfast each morning was incredible. Will stay here every time we come. Thank you for a wonderful get away."
