"The property was well located for the beach and town. Easy to park on main seafront road. Paid parking between 9am and 8 pm. 11 hours cost me £9.50 on paybyphone app. Between 8pm and 9am parking is free.
I like the convenience of key code entry to property so you don't have to worry about losing keys.
My room had a seaview. The bed was comfortable and the room had coffee making facilities. You need to be fit to climb the stairs to upper floors.
The only thing I would say is that the shower needs...

"The hotel was charged at £118. The stay was for one night and the listing stated free parking with a walking distance from the beach being within minutes. The hotel itself was ok but over priced for the room due to no decent tea cofee condements being available such as milk cartons which I thought was poor given the price. My partner had to run out to grab a milk. Several light bulbs in the bathroom were not working. The listing stated that free parking was available by parking on the next...

"Perfect little place for our weekend stay. Rooms and communal areas full of character making your stay homely and welcoming. Quiet, no noise from street and very little from other guests. Walk to top of the road and lots of restaurants and bars but really not much further into the centre or pier. Perfect for our show at the Brighton Dome. Beautiful freshly cooked breakfast with tweeks to suit your needs. All the trimmings of towels, toiletries, teas, biscuits, water etc but also nice...

"The property is in an excellent location with parking. We received very communication from the owner. We stayed in room 3 which featured a lovely bath a wet room along with a huge bed. The TV reception had some buffering, however, we weren't spending hours watching it as we were out enjoying Brighton. We will certainly stay again."

"Location near the beachfront. If you don’t want stairs, book lower number rooms. We were room 15 which was up 4 flights of stairs. Would have been ok except we had been on a cruise and had large bags. Nice clean room with own shower, fan provided which was nice as top of the house was warm. Iron and clothes steamer in room also nice touch. Comfortable but very soft bed - slept well. Would have been nice to have a common room and kitchenette on main floor for longer stays. As currently...
