"I really loved this hotel! I stayed at the Americinn in Tomah on the way to Ohio and there was mold in the bathroom so this was an excellent change! The bathroom was beautiful! All around great hotel!"

"Room was very clean aside from the bathroom mirror, I had front desk give me a rag & cleaner so I could clean it myself because by the time I checked in at 3pm housekeeping was gone for the day. We had a over all great time. Little bummed the sauna was out of service & breakfast wasn't included but there is a restaurant with 20% off coupon from hotel to use. We chose to not ro use that & just brought our own breakfast, dinner & snacks!"

"The room was clean with ample space to park. The entire property is looking a little rough around the edges but I wouldn't let that stop you from staying there. You can clearly hear traffic noise but that didn't bother us. Our only issue was the Roku TV which kept trying to connect which made it impossible to watch."

Everytime I went down they had 2-3 packages of plain oatmeal, barely any milk or cereal and a half loaf of bread that sat there for almost the 2 weeks I had stayed here in total. "Key card couldn't open outside door making it hard to unload luggage. Had to drive around property to get front desk clerk to open. Found 2 live bugs on carpet. Carpet unclean due to maintenance workers."

"Everything was filthy, entrance 6 had a horrid smell you had to hold your breath to walk though. Bed had crumbs and dog hair. There was womans underwear left behind from previous occupant. Rooms smelled like mold, when they came to change the sheets the owners wife and daughter came and looked visibly upset. The pool was dirty, the hot tub had visible floating dead skin cells. When it was time for breakfast there was not much to pick from not enough for the people that showed up for it."
