"Toilet seat in our room was broken (hinges were non existent)…Front desk was going to charge me extra to check in 1 hr early even though the room was free )I had booked 3 rooms and only requested to have 1 of them early….I declined and husband sat in the car for an hour while I shopped. Other than that not a bad hotel with great location just off of I5 and very close to mall. Breakfast was a 2/5 ..at least they had hot coffee. Only 35 minutes away from cruise ship terminal."

The pictures were misleading. I was not a fan of the row of rooms being so open and exposed, and this layout was not apparent from the pictures when we booked. Had we known about this setup beforehand, we would not have chosen this property.
That said, since we were only staying for one day, we managed and made the best of it.
Breakfast could also be improved by offering more healthy choices.
Overall, it was acceptable for a short one-day stay, but the room layout should be...
