"Very nice area and clean rooms."

"Room smelled, breakfast was under par. The curtain in the room was ripped. Not sure how this is the highest rated hotel in the area. 6/10 max."

"First room they gave me had a terrible, strong odor. I was told that an individual had been in the room all week with do not disturb sign. Why would they then give the room to another guest without taking care of the problem? Second room was worn…with cracked bathroom sink. Housekeeping failed to tidy the room - I had to change out my own towels. Very disappointing experience for the price point."

"Parking was easily accessible. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Breakfast provided was a little scarce (not many options). Only red flag was the filthy ice machine on the first floor. Otherwise a good place to stay overnight while traveling. "

"Stained and dirty toilet, room smells of smoke, urine all over uncleaned tiles, too many bugs and hair all over unswept flooring. Could not get out fast enough This poor place must self review and in no way deserves the rating they have."

"Karen at the desk was exceptional, the cleaning lady was very friendly. The room was spotless, as were the bedding and bathroom. We had their breakfast in the dining room and it was spotless. There were a nice variety of foods to choose from. "

"This will be a mixed review- staff was excellent, lobby area was clean. Bed linens were clean- however...the room was dusty and dirty- the bathroom was clean, but there was an exposed light fixture above the shower- wires hanging out, and needless to say was not going to use the shower. The room needed a good hoovering..the microwave was dirty, and fridge, The coffee pot was dusty and dirty- the heater/air did not work. Had we not driven so far, I would have left. We did not even try the free...

"My friend slipped and fell in our room because they had shampooed our carpet just that day and didn’t tell the night desk clerk. We didn’t realize that’s what made her fall till we took our shoes off and had soaked socks from walking on the carpet. Went and reported the fall and the wet carpet to the desk clerk who said she had no idea they had been shampooed. She apologized asked if my friend was ok and said she would report the issue and incident to her GM for the morning. No offer to switch...

"Worst experience ever "

"We asked for the handicapped room, because I'm disabled and he was trying to give us one on the second floor. He acted like it was a terrible imposition. I tried to ask a few questions and got curt , short answers. I was told we'd have wifi. If l wanted to lay on the floor outside our room in the hall, I was able to get only one rung up on the icon, for a second. Nothing in our room. The bed was hard, pillows old and flat, no tissues or normal toiletries. No information about where ice machine,...

"The drive up to the property is difficult to locate at night and challenging in winter and can be tricky getting out quickly onto the main road as there is no traffic light. During daylight and normal weather, it would be fine. Parking lot is well lit. Rooms are spacious, clean, and beds are comfy. Typical hotel continental breakfast offerings. I felt safe traveling alone."

"This place is a wonderful place to stay. Room was very clean, staff was friendly, kind and very helpful. Parking was great! Beautiful view of the river from our room was so enjoyable! Very quiet room. We chose not to have any breakfast. We enjoyed the coffee provided in the room. "
