"From start to our departure all was very good with one exception. The thermostat was set at 58 degrees. Not adjustable. We blocked the cold air inlets into our room and then it was fine."

"I met the most beautiful people staying at the property , they are here not for a vacation or even , they are staying here due to housing shortages in the area and are the most kindest couple and I loved learning about kenora and Ontario from them . We became instant friends and will treasure those moments and I hope to meet them again im the future . The staff are beyond friendly any your love for pets are amazing to us you welcomed them with a little treat and a smile , we loved our short stay here and will definitely be staying here when we return here over the years . My children loved the peace we felt here . Thank you "
