"The property is in need of some updating and maintenance. Small issues, such as stained carpets, a broken window covering, and a coffee maker that stops dripping, take away from the overall enjoyment of the stay. Having only one functioning outlet for both the coffee maker and toaster was also inconvenient. Overall, it was an okay stay, but given the condition of the property, I feel it was quite pricey for what was offered. With some updates and attention to these smaller details, the property...

"Perfect little cottage - right on the beautiful water. We had a lovely time! The town was super cute and the Grapevine cottage hit the perfect vacay spot. Wish the kitchen was slightly more convenient, but otherwise super clean, cozy, and relaxing. Would come again! :)"

"Was a bit difficult to pay deposit via the link as it was not visible correctly via Expedia. Otherwise - place was clean and big and excellent location.- close to beaches and also shopping area for groceries."
