We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. "Not a full house only basement"

"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "

"I booked two months in advance paid for it online but once i got to the location they told me that they don't have my registration, even after i showed the the proof they still didn't give me my room, i had to book a hotel immediately at a different location which cost me twice as much plus additional expenses in taxi costs."

"We stayed in this house on a business trip, and it was absolutely perfect. The location is convenient, with many local restaurants and grocery stores. The house is clean and well maintained. The owners are friendly and easy to reach. Highly recommended, we would return!"

"This place is practically a scam. The place was so dirty, the TV did not work and I called them multiple times to fix that, complain. No customer service whatsoever. I can't believe that Expedia lists this property."
