"Staff, breakfast, cleanliness are all great. I’ve stayed multiple times in several different rooms. My only complaint are the mattresses are not comfortable. I have back issues and need a firm mattress and every bed I’ve slept on seems like they are old and broken down."

"The room was ok. The window was broken and didn’t close all the way. When folks smoked outside, the smell came right into our room. The floors are wooden and I could tell they’re not mopped too often. There were Doritos chips on the floor from the previous guests. Would I stay again? Only if I had a premium room on a different side and arrived early enough to get help if I needed it."

"Place was not a 3 star hotels. Wasn't clean, the sink in the room was propped up with 2 boards! The pool was broken. I had inquired 3 days prior and they assured me it would be fixed. The front desk person said she reserved 2 room right next to each other as we needed 2 rooms. When I arrived there were no such reservations and we ended up 6 rooms down. I tried to find another hotel but it was too late to find anything. Was disgusted"
