"We stayed 5 nights. There were many good qualities of this hotel but it certainly did not live up to our expectations of a five star hotel. Most significantly, the thermostat in our room did not actually control the temperature in the room. We spent five hot days and nights. We called several times to have this addressed and were given thinner blankets, but they did not seem able to fix it, nor did they offer any acknowledgment that it was an unacceptable situation.
