"Angela July 18,2025 Hats off to The Dormer House! I love the Victorian Era. Nancy gave a warm greeting and checked on all guests. All staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable. The breakfasts were homemade and absolutely delicious every morning (I could count on the delicious coffee as well!). Cleanliness, central location to the beach and shopping, and convenient parking are all a plus. I will definitely return to The Dormer House. Stayed 4 nights in July 2025 "

"This is our first time staying at the Queen Victoria and we loved it .it was very clean and the staff were amazing. Special shoutout to Monica . There was a big selection for breakfast .and afternoon tea We enjoyed sitting in the little garden when we ate breakfast and the afternoon tea . It is ao close to the beach and Washington Street . Parking is a bit of a challenge but we managed to find a good parking spot . We walked all over . We will definitely be going back . "

"Beautiful place to stay, perfect location, one block to the beach and short walk to shops/restaurants. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast and afternoon tea/dessert were all excellent. I would highly recommend and hope to come back again. "

"The property was unique because the room we had was called the Honeymoon Suite. It had an entire kitchen plus a master suite with separate shower and an old fashioned four legged tub. Plus we had a private balcony and a separate entrance to come and go. Our scene each morning that we woke up to was a river with a pier where my husband fished. Ms. Debbie was pleasant, sweet and a perfect host who welcomed us with open arms. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a beautiful time.😊"

"this was such an incredible choice! this was a couples beach trip and my partner and i (queer and trans POC) flet incredibly safe, welcome and joyous staying at the homestead. the rooms were quiant but everything needded for a little vacation.
