"Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!"

"They put us in a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking, but they were very accommodating and moved me the next day, when one was available there is no breakfast in the morning which that would be nice if there was other than that it’s a great motel, and I would recommend it to anyone"

"For the price, this was a clean hotel but customer service was not high on their list of duties. Coffee in the lobby was never put out before 7am, when they cleaned the room on day 3 they didn’t fill the shampoo/conditioner or make the beds, towels were regularly unavailable at the pool, tv remote in one room didn’t work, too the employee over an hour to find a working remote, there was no blow dryer and employee had to take from another room. As well, the employee charged the card I had put...

"The hotel has went down hill. We have stayed multiple times before this time was different. The hotel smells real bad, like animals and stale water. I asked for a new room from the first one because it was adjoining and I requested no adjoining and the smell was awful. Second room the smell was no better. The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall and the latch lock was broken. I tried telling them at checkout but of course there was a language barrier and I don’t believe she understood the...

"A beautiful hotel. very clean, comfortable rooms. The shades on the windows are great. I like a very dark room to sleep on and the shades are top notch. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was great. The balcony was beautiful but I was too tired to use it."

"Someone had been smoking in the room that was supposed to be non-smoking. The air conditioner did not work adequately. The smoke detector was torn off the wall and on a table, no stopper in the sink, no plastic cups in the room, no napkins at the breakfast. The staff was cleaning the lobby well in the morning. There was adequate parking. We were able to check in a little before midnight after arriving late in the area."

"Friendly staff and very clean. When we first arrived, we just missed social hour, but the lady serving up the appetizers offered all that they had left to us. We actually ate that for supper and watched two of our favorite TV shows in the lobby. Very sweet people! Great experience!"
