"We were extremely disappointed with our stay.
Housekeeping claimed they serviced our rooms, but they absolutely did not. Despite this, we were charged over $1,000 for six rooms stating they cleaned the rooms all along, which they did not.
On top of that, the hotel treated their linens and towels like they were made of fine silk — charging excessive fees that are completely unreasonable.
This feels dishonest and poorly managed. I would strongly caution others to double-check charges.

"The motel was filthy old bed sheet hanging at the window. This motel needs to be reported as there was no smoke alarm just hanging wires. Why Expedia.ca even has it listed on their site. Towels dirty, left after 2 hours couldn't stay here. Says, renovated rooms, thats is NOT true.

"Quiet, comfortable bed, good location. Amazing welcome upon arrival really made the experience great at the start. Welcome bottle of wine was a really nice and unexpected touch too! But then later there was an issue with the tv. It was unplugged for some reason which was odd but whatever. Three remotes in the room and none of them would turn the volume up. After several minutes of frustration I called the front desk and politely asked for some help with it. The response was a big sigh and then to hang up on me. Not cool. "
